All Perfect Wave Snowboards are hand made, one-of-a-kind boards. They are manufactured with Full Cap Construction down over the top radius of the board all the way around the perimeter of the board.

  • Encapsulating Press Process
  • Vertically laminated Wood Core
  • Fiberglass wraps the wood core
  • V.A.S. Dampening on both end of board (part of the suspension system)
  • Hard Steel edges (Which meet the Rockwell 48 C-scale hardness specifications)
  • Aerospace manufacturing Technologies
  • This results in a lighter board that is structurally sound and provides a more responsive ride with a greater 'edge hold'
